De Tuur® Mattresses are shipped with a specialized service. This is an exclusive service that performs both delivery and installation. You will receive an email with a calendar where you can indicate which day is suitable for delivery.
On the day of delivery, you will receive a time slot during which the delivery people will come by. The mattress will be brought to the desired room, unpacked for you, and placed on your bed base. The packaging material will be taken away. Note, the hard plastic must be kept in case of a return.
