At Tuur® Boxsprings, we strive for sustainability and quality in every aspect of our products. An important part of this is the choice of materials. Here, we would like to provide more information about the materials we use in our boxsprings.
Upholstery made from 85% recycled polyester, 15% cotton
Our Tuur® Boxspring is covered with a high-quality fabric consisting of 85% recycled polyester and 15% cotton. This choice for recycled materials aligns perfectly with our commitment to sustainability and reducing our ecological footprint. This fabric offers not just comfort, but also helps in reducing waste and giving used materials a new life.
Inner skeleton box: 100% FSC-certified pine wood, comfort springs, recycled fabric protective layer, 2 cm high resilience comfort layer
Our box spring is made with carefully selected materials. The inner framework consists of 100% FSC-certified pine wood, which means it comes from sustainably managed forests. By doing this, we contribute to the preservation of natural resources. Additionally, we use comfort coils for excellent support and a recycled fabric protective layer to enhance durability. An extra 2 cm high resilience comfort layer ensures an optimal night's sleep.
Headboard: 100% FSC-certified recycled chip board
Our headboards are made from 100% FSC-certified recycled chipboard. This means that we utilize recycled materials to create functional and aesthetic headboards. In doing so, we contribute to reducing waste and reusing raw materials.
Legs: 100% FSC-certified solid beech
Tuur® values the choice of legs for our beds. That's why we use 100% FSC-certified solid beech. This wood comes from responsibly managed forests, is sustainable and sturdy.
