PostNL Parcels attempts to deliver the package to your home once. If you are not at home, it is taken to a collection point. You then have 7 days to pick up the package before it is returned to us.
Mattresses and box springs
The delivery of your mattresses and/or box springs is only carried out on a specific day chosen by you. We strongly encourage you to be at home on that day.
However, unexpectedly hindered due to unforeseen circumstances? Let us know as soon as possible and we will try to find a solution together with you and our courier.
