After you have sent an email with a return request, we will schedule a pickup. The topper will be picked up at your front door. The topper must, if reasonably possible, be put back into the plastic and then into the box again. This way, we avoid damages during transportation. If you do not use stiff plastic for packing the topper, Tuur® reserves the right to charge for any depreciation in value if damage has occurred as a result.
We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment fees) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. However, we may wait to refund until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them.
