You can return your order (or a part of it) by sending an email to service@tuursleep.com. Then you will receive a return label from us, which allows you to return the product for free. Please clearly state in your email that you wish to withdraw from the sales agreement and want to cancel it. Include the following details in your return request:
- The name under which you placed the order is required
- The address to which the order was sent is required
- If different from the shipping address the billing address is optional
- Your order number starting with TS is optional
- The items from the order you wish to return are required
- The reason for return is optional
Would you prefer to return the order using a courier of your choice? That is possible. You can do so by sending the items back to Tuur, Noordlaan 2, 8520 Kuurne (Belgium). Include a letter with the return shipment containing the following information:
Please explicitly state in your letter that you wish to cancel the purchase agreement and revoke it. Include the following information in your return request:
- The name under which you placed the order mandatory
- The address to which the order was sent mandatory
- If different from the shipping address: billing address optional
- Your order number optional
- The items you want to return from the order mandatory
- The reason for the return optional
- Date & signature mandatory
You can let us know within 120 days that you want to make use of your right to return; after registering the return, you then have 14 days to actually return the products.
