How do I return my Tuur® Boxspring?

After you have sent an email with a return request, we will schedule a pickup. The box spring will be picked up at your front door by our courier services. We ask to repack the box spring to avoid damages during transportation.

We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. However, we may wait to refund until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them.
