Once you have sent us an email with a return request, we will arrange the pickup for you. Our courier service will come to your doorstep to collect the mattress. The mattress must, if reasonably possible, be put back into its original packaging (hard plastic). This way, we avoid damages during transportation. If you do not use hard plastic for packing the mattress, Tuur® reserves the right to potentially charge for depreciation if damage has occurred.
We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. However, we may wait to refund until we have received the products, or until you have shown that you have sent them.
