After you have sent an email with your return request, we will send you a free return label. This also happens via email, you must print the return label and then can drop off the package at a drop-off point near you.
We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment fees) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. However, we may wait to refund until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them.
